Sister-in-Law

This one is for my very girly sister-in-law :).  I like the Penny Black belle's, they are really fun to work with. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and the paper is from American Crafts another of my favourites. Now, I just hope she doesn't check my blog before she receives it!

Thanks for taking the time!

Enjoy!

I made this one for fun.  Thought I would submit it to A Blog Named Hero for the craft challenge and it works for the August Hero Arts contest as well. Used the circle sentiment stamps that I really enjoy working with.

The Sweet Stop - SSS172

Had fun with this one for my niece's 3rd birthday.  It's a sketch/die cut or punch challenge.  I used a Stampendous stamp with Copics.  Dies from Spellbinder and the punch is American Crafts.  Thanks for taking the time to look and feel free to leave a comment!

Hero Arts meets CAS-ual Fridays

So this one was initially for the new CAS-ual Friday contest.  I ended-up using all Hero Arts stamps and the card base, so I am entering it in both. Best part is it turned out more masculine so it will be for my best friends 41st birthday.

Products used:

Hero Arts Sea Folded Cards
Sea shells: Hero Arts Antique Engravings
Sentiment: Hero Arts Friends are a Treasure
Momento London Fog Ink
Color Box Ice Blue.

Thanks for taking the time! Feel free to leave a comment or question!

End of vacation...

So, you can tell when you are at the tail-end of a month-long vacation.  Too much time on your hands! Here are two more cards that I made and submitted to the Hero Arts August contest.  I will also upload the cards I made for other family members that have summer b-days!

I love working with yellow! I used my new Spellbinder stamp and die-cut set for the flower.  I really enjoy working with that type of set. Also the same type of die-cut stamp set came the Hero Arts butterflies.

This came on a grey picture day...  The lavender and green are much more intense live.
